Pixel Artbook Bridal Michiru

This is my pixel version of Michiru Kaioh or Sailor Neptune in her wedding/bridal dress from the artbooks. This is the best I could do with what was shown, and I had some fun with the skirt since I didn't want it to be plain at the bottom. More to come, but right now Michiru is the only one finished.

EDIT: Changed her veil, I wanted it to look more sheer and have more depth.
